He really worked with the seller’s agent to accept my contingency offer, which was very unusual at the time, because no sellers were willing to do that. Both are very professional, yet down-to-earth, and so easy to work with. I highly recommend both of them. Here we are almost 5 years later and I just sold the above home (that I bought with the amazing help of Abmont Realty!) and bought another home with the also amazing help from Denise Abmont and Abmont Realty.
